Sparrow Weight Management asked ZimmerFish to develop a strategy 
that would increase interest in the programs, participation in information sessions, and number of surgeries scheduled.

With a goal of driving prospects to the Sparrow website, an Internet advertising campaign was developed that consisted of Facebook, behavior-matched placements on syndicated national sites, and search engine 
marketing (SEM)—all continuously adjusted to hone in on targets.

Within just four weeks and with a modest investment, Sparrow received 1,576 visits to their website, with 168 targets requesting additional information. This response generated a record number of attendees to information sessions, a record conversion to surgeries, and an impressive ROI.
